This beautifully restored barn conversion is situated in the hamlet of Puymoreau,a short drive or cycle ride from the market town of St Jean D,Angely.
The tasteful restoration features bleached wood and exposed stone, two comfortable bedrooms(one double and one twin), two ultra modern bathrooms.
Linen by "The White Company".
Downstairs is an enormous living/dining kitchen with breakfast courtyard.
Upstairs via a wooden staircase is a comfortable TV / lounge with two leather sofas and french doors leading out onto a west facing terrace.
A perfect spot for two or four people. |

Just a few words to say what a fantastic holiday we had and how much we loved your house. Suffice to say, we would love to return. my thoughts were about next summer -- but my wife loved it so much she even was mentioning a half-term break!
We loved the village and the countryside and our favourite beach was on La Cote Sauvage... a wonderful, almost deserted, huge beach. And we thought the river bathing at port envaux was great, in other words, all your tips and advice were followed up.
My little girl and the 19-year-old boy were equally in favour so it was a success all round....and i've finally managed to transmit my enduring love of france to other, more sceptical members of the family.
once again, it was great, thanks for just owning Le Batiment, and I will stay in touch.
